Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. Please note that after 24 hours we are unable to replace or exchange flowers — please make sure to contact us within that window.

All Sales Are Final on Fresh Flowers Due to the perishable nature of fresh floral arrangements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on fresh flowers, bouquets, or centerpieces once they have been delivered or picked up.

Custom & Event Orders Custom arrangements for weddings and events require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a store credit for any amount paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations Standard orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Cancellations requested within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund but may receive store credit at our discretion.
